01 General Terms

These Terms & Conditions ("Terms") govern access to and use of the dn9999 website, mobile interface, and all associated gaming, betting, and payment services (collectively, "the Platform") operated under the dn9999 brand ("we", "us", "our"). By accessing the Platform, creating an account, or placing any wager, you ("the Player", "you", "your") unconditionally accept these Terms in full.

The most current version of the Terms will always be published on this page with a revised effective date. It is your responsibility to review the Terms regularly. These Terms are written in English and shall be interpreted in accordance with their plain English meaning. In the event of any conflict between an English-language version of these Terms and any translation or summary, the English-language version shall prevail.

All transactions on the Platform are conducted in Bangladeshi Taka (BDT, ৳). Players are solely responsible for ensuring that their use of the Platform complies with all laws, regulations, and rules applicable to them in their jurisdiction.

02 Eligibility & Age Restriction

The dn9999 platform is strictly for adults aged 18 years and above. By registering, you confirm that you are at least 18 years old. Providing false information regarding your age constitutes a serious breach of these Terms and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of any balance held in the account, and reporting to relevant authorities where legally required.

dn9999 employs age verification procedures at registration and reserves the right to request documentary proof of age at any time. Acceptable proof of age includes a valid National Identity Card (NID), passport, or birth certificate issued in Bangladesh. Accounts that cannot be age-verified will be suspended pending verification and may be permanently closed if verification is not completed within 14 days of the request.

Additional Eligibility Requirements

• You must be a natural person (not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity) to hold a player account.

03 Account Registration

Operating multiple accounts — whether under the same or different names, payment methods, or device identifiers — is strictly prohibited and constitutes grounds for immediate account closure and forfeiture of all balances.

Account Security

You may be required to submit one or more of the following documents before a withdrawal can be processed or at any point during your use of the Platform:

Deposit Terms

• Bank transfer withdrawals are typically completed within 1–3 business days.

General Bonus Conditions

Bonus Abuse Policy

06 Fair Play & Security

07 User Obligations

• You must keep your account login credentials strictly confidential and must not share them with any other person.
• You must access the Platform only for lawful personal entertainment purposes and not for any commercial, professional, or third-party benefit without the express written consent of dn9999.
• You must not access the Platform from a jurisdiction where online gambling is illegal, even through the use of a virtual private network (VPN) or proxy service. Use of VPN or proxy services to circumvent geographic restrictions is a breach of these Terms.
• You must notify dn9999 immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised access to your account or any security vulnerability in the Platform.
• You must comply with all applicable laws and regulations in Bangladesh regarding online gaming and financial transactions.

Responsible Gambling Obligations

• You acknowledge that gambling carries financial risk and that the Platform does not guarantee any financial return.
• You agree to make use of the responsible gaming tools available on dn9999 — including deposit limits, session limits, and self-exclusion — should you feel that your gambling is becoming problematic.

08 Account Closure

You may request to close your dn9999 account at any time by contacting our support team at [email protected]. Before processing a voluntary closure, dn9999 will confirm that there are no pending withdrawals, active bonuses with unmet wagering requirements, or open dispute investigations attached to your account.

Voluntary Closure

Upon voluntary closure, any real-money balance remaining in your account will be returned to your registered payment method following completion of applicable KYC checks. Bonus balances and bonus-derived winnings that have not met wagering requirements at the time of closure are not eligible for withdrawal and will be forfeited. Account closure does not affect any rights or obligations that have already arisen under these Terms prior to the closure date.

Closure by dn9999

dn9999 reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any player account at its sole discretion, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including but not limited to:

• Breach of any provision of these Terms & Conditions.
• Provision of false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage.
• Suspected or confirmed identity fraud, payment fraud, or money laundering activity.
• Confirmed underage gambling or failure to complete age verification.
• Operating multiple accounts in violation of the single-account policy.
• Bonus abuse, use of prohibited software, or exploitation of game errors.
• Account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months without any login or transaction activity.
• Receipt of a valid legal instruction from a competent authority requiring account closure or fund freezing.

In cases of account closure initiated by dn9999 for cause, any funds held in the account will be handled in accordance with applicable law and internal compliance procedures. dn9999 will communicate the outcome of any account closure review to the player's registered email address.

Inactive Account Policy

An account is considered inactive if there has been no login or real-money transaction for a period of 12 consecutive months. dn9999 will send a notification to the registered contact method prior to applying any inactivity restriction. After 24 months of inactivity, dn9999 reserves the right to deduct a monthly administration fee of ৳200 from any remaining balance until the balance reaches zero or the player reactivates the account by logging in. Players may reactivate an inactive account at any time by contacting support.
